Account & Data Deletion

This page describes how users of any app published by Vweeter Limited
can request deletion of their account and the personal data we hold about them.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication record (anonymous, email, and/or social-login).
- Your user profile in our database — including display name, avatar, in-app
currencies and counters, progress / win-loss state, claimed rewards, and any
referral data.
- Your chat messages and any in-app history tied to your account.
- Your entries in any leaderboard, tournament, or lottery collections.
What we may retain
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics counters that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment receipts under tax law) —
retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
How to request deletion
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Locate your User ID (typically shown at the bottom of the
Settings screen). If you cannot open the app, you can instead provide the
Google / email account you used to sign in.
- Send an email to
hello@vweeter.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:
- The name of the app (e.g. Cross 21, Bitcoin Mege Merge, etc.)
- Your User ID (or registered email)
Timeline
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Once deletion is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
